chicken losing feathers

one of my chickens began losing feathers during a broody spell. she has since started back laying but she still seems to be losing feathers. i only have 3 girls and they have the run of the yard, so i don't know why this is happening. any advice?

She might just be molting which is normal. I don't know if they are bad to molt after setting or not. Is she healthy otherwise, eating good? How old is she? Some chickens/molts are more dramatic than others. Where is she loosing feathers from? Is someone pecking at her, is she pulling featheres on abd/rump area because she is still broody? Maybe if you add a little more information some one will be able to help you more than I.
