Chicken losing scales! Help!!!!

My 3 year old barred rock hen is losing her scales on her feet! What is this and what can I do? She looks like she's in pain. She normally walks up to me but she's acting as if I were trying to kill her! Here's a picture of the chicken's swollen and scaless feet vs the healthy chicken's feet.

Scaley leg mites! Just dip her legs in baby oil a couple of times a week. If you have other chickens you should dip their legs too. chickens share all their bugs!

Thanks! Only one other chicken is housed with that one though. Do I really need to dip ALL the chickens on the property?
