I wonder what it is that makes chickens so cute and lovable. Do any of you guys have any theories?

they have a cool vocabulary that makes you think they are talking to you. they are soft and fluffy and smooth and satisfy the human desire for a comforting textile under the hand(or the chin). they are dependent on you and make you feel needed. they are silly and goofy and humorous and grab your heartstrings with there silly antics. AND they give you a present most everyday and who doesn't love presents!
