Yup. Once I start breeding I'm gonna need a new coop too. Want to keep my colors separate. Probably need higher fences too.

Have had as many as 75 back in the 80s. Yotes, fox, coons and various other "varmits" whittled away at them (free range). Then during the big egg shortage and high prices we got 7 day olds. Now have 3 hens which is 1 too many.

6, now have 16 including an awsome broody hen / mother and a great rooster.

Started with four in 2021, added slowly till I had eighteen, then decreased rapidly to my current three.
