Chicken math messed me up

Need advice.
1) I didn’t factor in chicken math. This is a 4x5ft coop we bought (4feet tall) with 8 ft of total roost and 3 nesting boxes. We were only supposed to get 6 chicks but ended up with 9. Go figure. Any thoughts on how to make this work? Run is 20x20ft so lots of room. Automatic door that is programmed to open and close at dawn and dusk so I’m hoping they will be outside more than in. Can I just add more roost space and know I will have to clean more often or is that too crowded and cause aggression?
Regular size chickens. (3 Marans, 2 easter Eggers, 1 Wyandotte, 1 Orpington, 1 welsummer and 1 faverolle).

2) how to I put a roof on this huge run to keep the majority of the run dry but allow sun through. Hubby forgot about that part. I’m in the Puget sound area of Washington so it rains a lot with occasional snow so roof has to be able to handle the weight and occasional strong winds!

Thanks for the advice. Darn chicken math.

Hopefully a few will be males, which will make the subtraction part of chicken math a little easier.

It might be OK....or it might not. Only time will tell.

Best to start a new thread here for this question.

Welcome!
It's going to be VERY crowded, in a coop designed for four or at the most five birds. It's also underventilated, unless the side not in the photos is entirely open.
Add a bigger coop, or sell some of your new birds! Also add ventilation to this cute coop, and some kind of cover for the run. Even netting would help, at least to keep out raptors.

Thanks for the advice. Darn chicken math.
I’m in the PNW as well so I feel you about the rain. We just used this metal roofing for the run and coop.

Well your coop was already undersized for 6 birds so 9 is going to more than push the limit. I wouldnt put more than 4 birds in there. Also, as stated above, you need so much more ventilation. The only fix I see is adding on and making it bigger and cutting some more ventilation holes.
