Chicken Math

what about a hot weather hoop coop? Basically 4x6, roosts and nest boxes on one end (and roof) but wide open otherwise? Would a poop board qualify that as a 'raised coop'? It is barely past the middle of the month and it's over 80 degrees - after it rained last night and cooled a smidge!
I am a fan of hoop coops. Mine didn't work as planned, but is 100% functional. Two cattle panels made an ~8x7 coop. Open on both ends. Only partially covered the north end a few nights this past winter. Use the search filter for "Top 10 Hoop Coops" (article, I think) or something along those lines. My browser is giving me issues.

those are some gorgeous birds!
Supper, Lunch, and Dinner?

I referred to them by their band colors.

Red and Purple were sold to people who wanted to breed blues and Yellow, who had very bad type for an Australorp, made a fine lunch of creamed chicken on pancakes.

These are some hoop coops I've collected in my bookmarks:
