Chicken Momma Newbie

Hello! I live on acreage in South Florida. My kids are all grown and out of the house...so my husband and I decided to begin raising chickens as a backyard hobby. We have cows and used to raise goats...so we don't think chickens will be very difficult.
We purchased some chicks six weeks ago and so far it’s been fun and easy. We are enjoying watching them grow, play and speak to each other. I am needing some help on the breeds and sex of our flock. Please help me identify the breed and if they are hens or roos.
