Good morning. I have a chicken that is probably going to pass within an hour. I thought she had an infection or possibly egg bound. Tried treatments for both, unfortunately just not doing well. She is older. I really hate to see her suffer. Just curious if there is some way to administer morphine like medication to chickens just so they’re passing is not so painful? Or is there a way to humanely euthanize at home for a chicken that is in this situation?

The topic comes up fairly regularly here. You might see if any of the suggestions in these threads are helpful:

People often suggest the same methods that are used when killing chickens to eat them, such as chopping off the head or dislocating the neck, but there are typically a few other suggestions as well.

Another option is to call a vet and ask if they can euthanize her.

Agreed, it's going to be better to just cull her rather than try and get pain meds, even if a vet doesn't see chickens normally many are still able to euthanize them if you aren't comfortable doing it yourself and don't mind paying. Otherwise @NatJ linked to a very helpful resource with info on culling yourself (which is good for any chicken keeper to know even if they don't raise meat birds). In any case good luck
