We just got 3 chicks to add to our current flock of 6.
Our big girls:
Buff Orpingtons- Margo, Edith, Agnes
Ri reds - Gerti, Lucy, and Camilla.

The chicks are:
Black australorps - Penny & Pepper
Buff Wyandotte - Wonder Chicken (named by my 8 year old son)

they don't all have names. Only some. We have a speckled Sussex with a crooked neck named Twist. The only other named one is a really tall odd looking Light Brahma (cockerel??) " Sasquatch".

Our layers are all named after a type of food: Chicken _________. We have Strip, Patty, Nugget, Fried Steak, Wing, Cordon Bleu, and Noodle Soup. The meat birds are all named: Dinner.

A little late, but I will give you my chicks names.

Araucana brown named Ariabell.
Buff Orphington names Buffy
Welsummer names Little Summer

Still waiting for names for two twin rocks, and one Australorps black.

If you did find names please reply, I'm still in a quandary.

we were originally not going to give them names due to the plan of eating them once they stop laying. However, my mom named our Buff Orphington Erma. The name kind of fits her. They will all eventually have names cause I just can't keep calling them chicken. They are starting to show their personalities so the names will come soon.
