My thought would be some kind of fungal going on Aart the amazing is already on it and has a lot more knowledge than me
 
I would get the eyes cleaned up with saline or water, and try to remove the pus form inside the eye socket. That may be from a respiratory sinus infection, and it needs to come out. Get some antibiotic ointment, such as Terramycin from a feed store, or plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment, and apply a 1/8 inch strip to the eyes twice a day. Clotrimazole or miconazole cream can be applied to the face every day to treat favus, a fungal infection. You can find those at Dollar tree and most drug stores.
