chicken nesting at the top of a tall tree

so I've been searching for a missing chicken, suspecting she's nesting somewhere. checked every nook and cranny of the place. finally caught her as she came out for food today and stalked her back to the nest, where she flew up a 8ft wall, onto another wall, then onto the high nook of a tree and into its foliage. she's about 20ft+ off the ground. kinda impossible to get to her. and i'm thinking, even if she does hatch eggs up there, the chicks are just gonna fall off the edge of the world and go splat.

what can I do? catch her next time she comes out and stuff her in a broody cage?

I would put her in a broody cage unless you want and have room for more chicks. Another thing to do would be to trim her wings.

oh yeah, clipping her wings would probably stop her getting up there! don't know why I didn't think of that.
