Hi everyone :) I am new to this page but have already wasted plenty of time reading way too many threads... Including the poop board convert thread which was very helpful!
I live in Australia and have had a chicken coop sitting in the shed nearly 6 years waiting for my partner to build me a staffy proof pen lol.
We finally picked up some chickies a couple of weeks ago and I have been enjoying watching them grow. I have 3 silver laced wyandottes and 3 gold laced wyandottes. They are about 7 weeks old now and trying to work out how many are boys and girls. Optimistically I think we have maybe 2 roosters, but possibly 4 roosters lol.
We also have Wookie the rescue pigeon who we have finally been able to move out of his little cage into the pen :)

Yay another Aussie :) I'm just south of Brisbane. Thank you... I'm so glad I finally got my pen lol its been a long time coming! What kind of chickies do you have?
 
CluckyForChookies, Just hatched 9 white Australorp's which i got by mail from Mother Hen in QLD
4 weeks old now and yes starting to rack my brain as to girls/boys, think it might be 50/50 lol
i did have more but i cant go into it right now, still a little bit raw :hitbeen raising chookies for 5 years now.
Hopefully your allowed roos where you are or you have nice neighbors
