Chicken Newbie

Hello!
I'm Nikki and I live in Northern CA just outside Sacramento. I have 4 1week old chicks... 3 New Hampshire Reds (Loretta, Patsy, and Peggy) and 1 Barred Rock (Harriet). My 9 year old daughter named them So far they have been a blast. I'm so glad I found this site, it has already been so helpful!

Glad you could join the flock! You have some beutiful chicks there Lovely to hear BYC has been so helpful for you already and that you are having a blast with your chicks. They have lovely names. I love raising chicks it's a fantastic experience and very rewarding when they reach adult hood.
