Chicken noob from Virginia

Hello all! I grew up in the country and I have finally made it back to my roots! I knew going into our new place of 60 acres we would have Chickens! So excited to see this great place to learn more about raising these stinky little dinosaurs. I have repurposed one of the garden sheds here as our coop. (Still in progress. I started with a flock of twenty. Currently they range from 2-4 weeks of age. Here are a few pics of what we have going on around here.

Thank you! I can see I have already made a noob mistake. I mixed my bedding in the coop 50/50 Cedar/pine. Will this one time mix be deadly or can I just avoid for here on out?
