chicken not eating and lethargic

my hen is about 5 years old and I noticed today that she was walking around the edges of the coop slowly and another chicken tried to peck her. I picked her up and she felt really light. I tried to feed her some scrambled eggs and she won’t eat. There is kind of a bulge in her neck and she keeps trying to move it, here is a picture of her from today. What could be wrong with her and what should I do to help her?

A lump on the neck is sometimes the crop but the pictures shows it is in the wrong place. It could be cancer.

It doesn’t really feel like a lump, it’s more like the neck bones are crooked. Also I’m in Texas
