I have two chickens, only drinking water, and not interested in food. I couldn’t detect any other symptoms, they act usual but are slowly becoming weaker. I did a lot of research but I still couldn’t figure it out.

I’m begging you to help me before they die 🙏🏼 please tell me if you have any idea what this could be.

What is there age? Current diet? Have you ever wormed them? Have you checked for mites ir lice?
How hot is it?
One is quite old but I don’t know what’s her age exactly, the other is 3 year old. They eat their chicken feed and we also give them vegetables, eggs with the egg shells and some times cooked rice. I did worm them few weeks ago by feeding them crushed pumpkin seeds with pumpkin puree. One of my chickens (not the ones I’m talking about) got lice…so I checked with these two but didn’t find anything. It’s usually around 40C most of the time.

Stop all treats.
You need to get proper worming medicine. Pumpkin seeds will not worm your birds without hurting them.
Are they molting?

I couldn’t find any chicken dewormers in the pet store or in the vet…is the a medicine for worming them that can be found in normal pharmacies? They are not molting yet.

Can you post photos of the hens and their poop?

What's their crops like?

You mention they are drinking, but not eating. Your temperature is 40C (104F) most of the time? At that temperature, chickens probably won't eat a lot at one time and will drink quite a bit of water.

Where are you located in the world?

Idk how to post their poop because they don’t poop very often…they do but not that much so i don’t know when so I can take a picture. But this is their photo:

I also checked their crop first thing in the morning and it was flat so I’m assuming they don’t have crop problems.

Btw I discovered recently that one of them has bumble foot (the brown one) so maybe that explains why she’s not eating. But for the other I still couldn’t find any symptoms :( though I have to mention that I did saw her eat a bit but she started acting weird like she always sleeps in the nesting box and seem less energetic. She has pale comb but I checked for mites and lice and couldn’t find anything. I live in Kuwait and the heat usually range from 33 C to 45 C so maybe it is the heat but why does she sleep in the nesting box with such heat? Specially that she is on top of the pecking order (btw she’s about about 5 years old)

Do you have feed stores? Store for farm animals? It'd not going to be sold for chickens. What country are you in?
I checked some feed stores but couldn’t find anything, do you know if I could use vermox? I have to mention that I didn’t see any worms in their poop so do I still have to deworm them? + I live in Kuwait.
