Hi...My 7 month old Cream Legbar is not feeling well. She was slow to come out of coop this a.m. and didn't want mealworms. She pooped a yellowish white poop. Her vent seems to be pulsating. She laid a egg yesterday. I watched her for a while and she pooped a cecal poop with a few roundworms. I treated her with safeguard, but was wondering if something else could be wrong. Thanks.

The worms could be the reason she doesn't feel well, it may take a day or two to see if that helps her feel better. Mine usually perk up in 24 -48 hours if it's worms, on some occassions it's taken longer if they were really sick. I've also had a few occasions where I did antibiotics also, if the droppings don't start looking better. Sometimes they can get a secondary infection if the worm load is high and there is damage to the digestive tract. I usually use amoxicillin for that. Make sure you repeat the safeguard dose in 10 days (.23 ml per pound of body weight, just to make sure you have the correct dose).
