Chicken not moving much?

let our girls out this afternoon and one lagged behind. She was just standing there. Alert but not making any indication of leaving the coop. She finally did but then just stood there for over 5 minutes.

I took her inside and washed her feet to inspect and they were fine from what I can tell and I also washed her hiney good. Vent looked ok before washing but was just some dried poo. She did resist washing a bit but then was ok. Now she is just hanging out in my lap wrapped in a towel. I've got a small cup of water and she's drinking it occasionally.

Also, we have six barred rocks and are getting 5 eggs a day but have gotten 6. Could she be egg bound?

Going to do some more research but wanted to post her situation first. Thank you!

So she's now roosting on a box edge in our kitchen. After inspecting her vent for an egg, which none was felt, she had a yolk like discharge. I'm worried about egg yolk peritonitis. She's taking in bits of water, a bit of a tums, and some banana. Tractor Supply worker suggested Gatorade which she isn't interested in.

Is there anything else I can do other than wait to see if she perks up?

I found a rather frightening article online that indicates this can be fatal quite quickly?

After another soak and nibble on a Tums, she had a very watery diarrhea or passage(?) with a white glob like an abscess....picture included but warning it's gross. Hope someone hops on this thread and evaluates for me. Many thanks.

I do agree it looks like Salpingitis (Lash Egg) which is an inflammation of the oviduct. If you have vet care, that would be best. Salpingitis can sometimes be treated with antibiotics if caught early enough.

Thanks! Yes hoping to visit a local vet tomorrow on recommendation of a friend. It's quite pitiful how listless they get.
