Chicken not moving

If she is having trouble passing an egg, it can relax her. Alternatively, a slightly damp towel over a heating pad can be offered for her to sit on (as long as she can get off if she wants to.) Sometimes it’s easier to just warm up a room. I wouldn’t stress too much on how you do it. If you remain calm and soothing, that will be good for her. If you are stressed, she may notice that. You’re doing great. :)

I did feel inside the vent for an egg and did not feel anything I will check again tomorrow. I'm just curious why would you place her in a steamed up bathroom and I did already soak her today is that ok or will it harm her or something
I do have this stuff called rooster booster it has alot of different vitamins in it I did not give her any of that but I did give her some probiotics and electrolytes. I will get her some of that rooster booster stuff and mix it in with her water
The steam is hydrating and warm - it's an alternative to giving a bird a soaking in warm epsom salts bath. Sometimes a hen may be so lethargic, sick or weak that soaking them will cause a lot of stress and send them over the edge.

I would give her a direct dose of the vitamins you have.

Hopefully she will be better in the morning, but in the photo she doesn't look very well.

She is a lotot better today. she is drinking A LOT of water . I think she was dehydrated. She is also walking around a bit and tucked her wings in like they are supposed to be she ate a little yogurt but has not touched her food yet. I checkher crop and it is full but it is squishy like a water balloon and made a gurgling sound when I rubbed it. I think it's just because all of the water she drank?

It's not uncommon for a hen to have crop issues if there's a reproductive problem.
Sounds like you need to address the crop too
