Chicken not opening her eye

Saturday I dipped my chickens in Adams Flea and Dip because they are infested by mites/lice. 1 of their heads accidentally went under the solution. I rinsed her face and eyes with clean water right afterwards, but today she is not opening her left eye. What should I do now?

Is she lethargic? Is this the one that was gurgling? Some antibiotics right now might be good to clear up anything respiratory. I don't think the dip would do much more than sting initially.

yes this is the one that was rattling, but that has stopped and now she can open the eye but she keeps it closed. Can I use eye drop like i use in my eyes? What kind of antibiotics should I use and where would I buy them? When i bought her a week ago Saturday, i was told she was laying eggs, but to date she still hasn't laid any, could she be egg bound?

Yeah, the saline drops are a good choice. She sounds lethargic. Did the flea dip perk her up at all?
