chicken not walking

My chicken is not walking, not putting any pressure on her feet and kinda curled under her. I gave her a does of liquid vitamin B-12 1cc she drank a lot of water after that and have her separated from my other chicken and duck and put her inside in a box cause I have keep cleaning her butt cause she cant move. Any idea what this could be, is there any other supplements I could give her?? please help thanks so much

Oh my, this sounds serious. I'm sorry you and her are going through this! Bumping this for the more experienced peeps to hopefully chime in.

You don’t need B12, but you need to get B complex tablets or something that has riboflavin (B2.) B 12 is only B 12, and does not contain the other B vitamins that include riboflavin and others.Give 1/2 tablet daily crushed and mixed with a spoonful of water or sprinkled on some food.

B2 riboflavin deficiency is one possible cause of curled under toes. Other possible causes would include an injury to the nerve in the leg, or Mareks disease. Do both feet have curled toes? Can you post any pictures of how she is lying down? You might want to make her a chicken sling chair to get her upright and in front of food and water, and let her use it for periods throughout the day. Here are some examples:

Her right foot is curled more and she’s leaning towards the left of her body only she is eating and drinking fine he crop feels full she just won’t stand So I went and bought her Poultry Nutri-Drench at our feet store and added a rooster booster which has vitamins electrolytes and lacto bacillus to her water. Added pictures of her and what I am giving her.

Update: my chicken has still not been walking, gave her some rooster booster and nutri-drench I think it might be something wrong with her back she only lays on her left side and getting sores on her pelvic bone and when I lay her on her back her chest to her pelvic is not lined up she also twitches more than moves really and can only move to the right....think we might have to put her down, any advise let me know!

Unfortunately, it looks more and more like Mareks disease. But if you put her down or she dies, I would try to get a necropsy through your state vet, where they can test for Mareks. The body should be kept cold but not frozen, and taken in on weekedays, or shipped overnight. It might turn out to be something else, which would not affect your other birds.
