Chicken only opening one eye third day Corid Treatment

So I woke up three days ago with bloody diarrhea in the coop from one end to the other. All the birds who are 13 weeks old we’re not acting lethargic they were still eating dumor chick starter. After seeing no injuries or vents that looked weird I guessed it to be coxidiosis since it’s been about 100° out and really rainy. I started them on Corrid 2 teaspoons per gallon. The next day the bloody diarrhea was significantly better. Today is day three of treatment and there is no bloody diarrhea in the coop. Now I have a girl that will only open one eye but is walking around and I’ve seen her drinking I can’t tell if she’s lighter than anyone else. She doesn’t seem to be panting or just staying in one spot she’s foraging just won’t open her eye. I have opened her eye and looked and I do not see any issue and the I dilates correctly. Is there any supportive treatment I should be giving her or is it just something due to the coccidiosis?

Only the one eye? If so, flush with saline eye wash twice a day and put Neosporin in it twice a day.
