Just wanted to know if the hatch rate is better under a broody hen than in the bator ? I have some eggs arriving soon and will have a choise to but them in my bator or under my friends broody hen , I don't know which would be the best, I want to be in control !!! but if it will be better result under chicken I will go for that

Under a broody hen is best(if she's for sure broody now.) But if you want to be in control, then even the bator is taking your chances. We can try to manage everything about it, but even then, sometimes things don't work out best. So the broody hen is the closest you can get to success. The natural way they do everything (through intuition) is the best for healthy chicks. Good Luck!

hanks guys thought the hen would be the best option but just wanted to be sure:)
