chicken or roosters broke coop window

i went out to get the eggs about 5pm and found the coop window shattered. by the looks of it either they flew down off of the roost into it or the two roos got into a fight and it shattered. i found blood on the ramp to go out of the coop so im guessing one of them smacked into it. they all seem to be fine they all went to roost tonight.i guess i will have to get a smaller window so they cant break it again. the one i have is long so guess that was bad idea.

Can you try to cover it with some thicker wire from the inside so that they wouldn't be able to break it as easily? That's what we have and none of our vigorous roos have gotten to it yet.

are you sure they broke it? Could another animal have done it trying to get in ? Heavywire over the window either way will help. Jean
