Mine should be laying in a couple of weeks.
2 months ago I bought 5 Cornish Cross to try my hand at butchering...mainly because my mom and grandma did to fill the freezer. I butchered my first one today. Easier than I thought. Not perfect I'm sure but I'm betting I'll get better!
