Chicken pecking others! HELP!!!!!

We have one 7 month old Silver Laced Wyandotte pullet who is smaller than the others that are her age and she has been carefully pecking off feathers from our hens and also our rooster. Seems to be on thighs and back under tails!! Is this a problem?!

Are you sure they’re not just molting?Is it a space or food issue?If not you could buy some saddles or pinless peepers.

Could it be that the hen looked like she was going broody and instead of plucking her own feathers while going broody she was plucking the others feathers?

They pluck themselves when going broody, it's to make a broody patch on their bellies, not to provide feathers for the nest.
