My slw is pecking at my bo while she dust bathes, she is pulling her feathers out. Not many, but enought to make me wonder if this is normal behavior. I am new to this chicken thing and love my girls! They are 11wks.

It's a bit normal but consider what else could be going on.
Feathers are about 93% protein. Feather picking can be caused by a desire for more protein. At 11 weeks they probably need at least 18% protein. What is the protein % of their feed, what else are they eating and what is the ratio of other things?

Chick feed and grower feed. 18% protein. In the run from 7 am til 8 pm. They free range about 2 hours a day outside the run. Also grit in the run. She Just may be bossy? I don't know.
