Chicken plucker

I have an old twin tube washing machine that still works. One side washes the other is a spinner. Do you think it would be possible to turn it into a scalder and plucker? Using the washing side to scald and the spinning side to pluck?

I have only been able to find pluckers that use the outer housing from the washer. The insides are rebuilt with other parts. I went a head and bought the plans for the Whizbang version that I found online.
