Two look like cecal droppings, the middle one may have a bit of intestinal shed. If you are seeing that shed consistently, then worming them might be a good idea. Intestinal shed is generally caused by anything that irritates the digestive tract, so it can be parasites, but it can also be something they ate out of the ordinary. Some foods (like berries or watermelon) can also cause some red in droppings just from eating that. If it's only occasionally, and not a lot, and everyone is acting OK, then it may be nothing to worry about. If it's happening a lot, I would worm them. Cecal droppings happen about every 10 or so droppings and are runnier and stinkier than regular droppings. They come from the cecal pouches where tougher more fiberous, or difficult to digest things go to be digested. Color and consistency can vary depending on diet.
