Chicken pooping water

I have a chicken pooping water and also seems to be staying low to the ground, otherwise acting normal.

What is her age? How does her crop feel first thing in the morning before she eats or drinks—empty and flat, full, squishy, firm or doughy? What is she eating? Does she lay eggs? Is she drinking a lot of water due to high temperatures? Have you wormed her lately?
