I have 5 hens & 1 rooster everyone stays together their run & coop are cleaned regularly and tney have clean fresh water several times a day and food kept fresh.. someone has the runs.. only i dont know whso what do i do how do i help them?? ive checked the other poop as cleaning it all looks normal no worms bugs blood etc just some piles of diarrhea. Any suggestions would be appreciated..

I am not sure where you are at, but if it is somewhere warm/hot then stools tend to be looser this time of year than others. Increased fluid intake means increased fluid output. Birds don't pee, so their stools get looser.

Spot checking stools for worms is pretty much useless. There are lots of worms that are not visible to the naked eye. The only time you will actually see worms is if your bird is positively crawling with them. I would recommend taking a stool sample(s) in to your local vet and have a worm count done. It is inexpensive and will show you without a doubt if your birds have a heavy load or not.

Good luck.

Depending on the last time you wormed them all, you could just give them all a worm treatment just to rule out the possibility of worms.
I don't know much about chickens but just an idea.

Also look out for other signs and symptoms of illness eg, pale comb, hunched up, not moving much
as 'the runs' in chickens can be one of the signs of an illness.

In addition to what the others have stated, what you've been feeding them or a change in feed could affect them internally and cause watery diarrhea as well.
