Hmm...the ingredients are basically 'plant oils'......the oil part should help suffocate the mites and/or maybe repel them from living there.
I would not treat every 5 days but once a week for a few weeks then wait a couple months to see any improvement.
Like I said before, the mites may be dead and gone, but regrowth of scales can take weeks, especially on bad cases.
I hate to over-treat as it might cause other symptoms/problems.
Any bird that is not eating, drinking, pooping, and fairly active as 'normal' could very well be ill.
They can hide illness easily, until they are very sick.
Maybe she's just 'lounging' more than usual.
Keep an eye on her, it can be hard to know...you would be the best to judge if she's acting 'abnormally' or not'.
