chicken problems

I have 8 chickens in my chicken coop six are all about the same age but my other two are about 2months younger and they get picked on alot i dont know what i.should do i dont have any other space for them and there both really pritty ones a easter egger and the other ones a silkie i need help

! Pleased to have you with us! Sounds like you need to separate your two groups of birds for a period. Give them visual access through a fence or something - so they can get used to each other. After a few days of this put the newbies into coop at dark (not earlier) and open the coop right away at dawn so they aren't trapped together in case they are still being mean. Then monitor their behavior. Do it all over again if there are continuing problems. Good luck to you!
