Chicken Processing/Butchers near me

We have been backyard farmers for several years now. When it was time to butcher, we had a local Amish man do it for us but he is no longer able to. How can I find someone in northern Indian to butcher my chickens and turkeys? (we have never, nor do we want to do it ourselves)

See if you can find a LIVE POULTRY STORE. There is one near me, but probably too far for you, that will do the service for a set price.
I'm in Chicagoland. It is against regulations (illegal) to butcher your chickens if you live here. These poultry establishment are licensed to do these deeds.
