Chicken: Puffed Up, Not Moving, Not Eating Treats, Dirty Bottom

4 y/o Sapphire Gem. Went to close for nite & noticed her away from others. Threw treats, she did not move to eat any. Seen bottom a bit dirty. Went to grab & she ran towards others, yet still did not eat any treat. Just standing puffed up. It’s 43°F.

Do not know how? Was going to take her in, & set in warm water. Went to get hubby to help catch her, but unfortunately, they went into coop, before l got back out. Hubby made coop opening too small to get into, so l'm pressed til morn.
Sapphire Gems are husband's chickens. He said she's done this many times before. In last yr I've been here, cannot remember but one acting this way. She passed away & was found to have been egg bound.
