Chicken Question PLEASE HELP!!!!

Do any of you guys raise chickens where they are not supposed to be, I need some hints on how to do it, becasue I will be raising 4 hens in my neighborhood where they are not allowed, I wont have a rooster or anything.

They will make noise even without a roo.

I do, but I told my neighbors ahead of time and behind me there are woods. They do make noise and can be loud at times but not as bad as my dogs. Are you getting bantams or standards? What are your neighbors like? You can always offer eggs as a peace offering.
