Chicken run, break in

Chicken wire is for containing, or excluding, chickens....it's not for keeping predators away from chickens.

Check prices on 1x2 cage wire while you're there - it's sometimes less expensive and is easier to work with. It's pretty firmly welded and the holes are small enough to keep anything but a baby weasel from coming through.
If you examine chicken wire, you'll find that the wires are simply twisted around each other - and they're pretty thin wires. It'll keep chickens in our out of places, or kittens, but that's about it. Anything else too big to fit through the holes can usually exert enough force to simply unwind it.

Thank you GerbilsOnToast, for the idea, and assistance. I will look into that also and see what will work the best for my set up. I appreciate the actual help.
