Chicken run might not be big enough

My family wants to get a 10 by 20 run I don’t think it would be big enough we have 16 chickens,5 ducks and 2 geese would that be big enough

No. Chickens usually need about ~10 Sq. Feet per bird, ducks are about the same but geese are probably more because they're so much bigger. Plus it's not a great idea to mix ducks with chickens

Free range they will be out in the afternoon

If its a predator proof protected shelter area for sleeping and laying and brief periods of inclement weather, but they normally free-range, then yes, I suspect its large enough.

If they only occasionally free range, or you have long periods of inclement weather, then I don't think so. That said, I have no geese experience, I'm just estimating up from my ducks and chickens, who free range constantly (good climate).
