Chicken run now complete! Pictures await...

It took more work than expected but the run is done. Here are some pictures. I set 4 x 4's in concrete. I used 1" welded wire around the perimeter and burried it 12" at the base. I used treated wood as a retaining wall and back filled. I put pea gravel and sand on the ground in the run. The top is chickenwire. I might upgrade the top to welded wire in the future. So far so good. Here are a few photos:

The coop is roughly 6x7. The run is 7 x 11. I have 4 chickens: Rosie the RIR, Blanca the buff orpington, Loui the Americana and Pecker the black barred rock. More information including more pictures are in previous posts in this section:
