Yes, cedar is organic.

I look at "organic" as lifestyle, not a rigid set of rules. Do as little harm to the environment as you can.

A good question would be "Why do you want to use treated lumber?" If termites are your concern, then treated lumber is a definite plus. However, contrary to popular belief, treated lumber is not anymore resistant to rotting from moisture than untreated lumber.
