You could put it under a "canopy/tent", depending which way the rain/wind blows secure plastic on two sides. OR drape a tarp over the top & pin the ends down with stakes into the grass area, sort of a tent? Just a thought but if the main body isn't getting wet, it's ok the way it is. Just an idea...
