If you have a fence that angles in, they shouldn't be able to get over it. They attempt to jump/fly over right next to the fence, so if a say 6ft fence leans about 30 degrees, they jump and hit it, getting knocked back down to the ground. I use plastic fencing at the top of mine so I know they aren't hurting themselves.
