chicken seems hurt

Hi everyone,

I was outside doing my feeding and noticed one of my hens was missing. She is a polish or "top hat". I found her on the ground like she was setting on eggs but she wouldn't get up and she keeps stretching her neck out and opening her mouth in the air but no sound. She blinks her eyes and doesn't seem hutt anywhere but again not getting up and just stretching her neck out and opening her mouth. Not sure what is going on but any suggestions would be extremely appriciated right now. I have a little girl that is pretty attached!

I read about their crops and when I massaged hers it was soft and felt like little beads (grainy) but after massaging a little she moved her legs like normal but she is still stretching out her neck and opening mouth.
