Chicken sexing

Hi! I'm new to this backyard chicken raising and have a few things I need help with. One is deciding why sex my chic is and the other is how and when to put it in the coop with the mother hen and her chic? Here are a few pictures of the chic I need help with. Thanks!

I have a baby easter egger I hatched, I put her in with the big chicks at about 10 weeks, and she is doing just beautifu!!!!
