Chicken Sick?

Hi

My dad put a piece of a pancake in the cage with the chickens and they ate some. They are about 4-5 weeks old. One chicken was laying on its side and like kicking or squirming and now doesn't lay down on its stomach much. It lays on its side alot and it also vomited like a liquid. Is it ok?

That does not sound normal to me but I would put this post in the emergencies forum and it will get seen faster.

I doubt the pancakes made her sick unless something was wrng with the items used to make it...

my girls eat pancakes every now and again and have not gotten sick from it.

Someone said it could be salt or baking powder? But it does seem to be getting normal again. It still flys out of the cage to sit on me so its got energy. It eats and drinks on its own still. So maybe its gonna be ok.
