Chicken sitting on eggs one is open

Lifted the hen and looked at the egg, shell is crumbled I can see wings and feathers under the membrane but no movement shell is crumbling away, can't read fast enough!!, I slid the chick/egg back under hen in same position I took it out...hatch assist or let God and mother nature do thier thing

Assist for sure if you think it is alive! I do this by opening it the same way they do naturally, working around the shell slowly. Then let the chick push on its own.

thanks, that one didn't make it, she has 2 other eggs so I am going to get a magnifying glass amd see where or if they are trying to peep out. Today I have time to read this again for a refresher
