Chicken Sitting~ Vacation, WDYD?

Hi All,

What do you do with your chickens when you go away? For a night even up to two weeks. Can you take them to a friends house to live with their chickens for a week? That may be a silly question, but the nearest anyone lives that is willing to deal with chickens is 45 miles away. I might be able to bribe a friend closer to us with eggs...

We have a teenager next door who takes care of ours when we go away. We give him a few $$, and his parents get the eggs he collects - works great for us!
