Chicken skin issue

I have a golden sexlink hen with a skin issue that has been this easy for a couple months. I first thought she was having a reaction to the dirt bath I made for them but it hasn't gone away. It started on her back and has slowly spread to her wings. I have not tried to treat it as I thought it might go away and I am not sure how to treat it as I don't know what is going on.

Do you have a rooster? It looks like rooster damage. How many hens and roosters do you have? You could try making her a hen saddle for awhile, and it could take until her next molt for the feathers to come back in.
