Chicken sleeping in run

So I went outside a few minutes ago to check the chickens. I have an auto solar door and they have never missed their bed time before. But I found one in the run sleeping on the feeder (I have a flat top treadle), I put her in and she was just wandering on the floor of the coop so eventually I put her up on the roost. I’m wondering if she just missed it, or was let in and couldn’t find a good space so wandered back out to the run? I haven’t noticed her getting bullied or anything. I’ll keep an eye on this each night and maybe add a second roost. Any thoughts?

Glad to hear you're aware of the possible bullying issue. It's a common reason why chickens don't want to sleep in the coop.

That sounds like an excellent idea!
Observation is key to finding out what the problem is, so you can find a solution.

I'll ask....
How old are these birds and how many of them?
How big is your coop, in feet by feet?
Dimensions and pics would help immensely here.
