Chicken slow moving and has green diarrhea!

Hello!

When letting out my chickens this morning, I noticed one was kind of hanging back and was moving very slowly. She also has dried green and white diarrhea/poop dried onto her butt. All the other chickens are perfectly fine and moving around like usual, but she's kind of staying away from the others and sitting by herself either in the coop or underneath the car. I've seen her drink a few times today, so she's getting clean fresh water. I haven't seen her eat, so I'm unsure whether she's had any food or not.

I have 14 chickens (not sure the breed, but their feathers are a mixture of black and gold/red) who are free-range all day on quite a large piece of land, but are kept in a comfortable coop at night to protect them. My girls are around 3 years old or so, and I got them when they were about 2 weeks. Still laying great quality eggs and bouncing around like they did when they were younger. They eat whatever they find, and we also give them leftover food, or compost, that we have about twice a week or so. It's a mixture of things- fruits, veggies, occasionally meat or bread. Could the people food be the problem? Maybe she just got a kind of stomach bug from something?

I wouldn't say she's in danger of dying or anything. I'm definitely not an expert on chickens, but she's still able to move around and I've seen her drinking and walking. But something is definitely off and I'm quite worried. These chickens produce eggs, but they're really more my babies and I would be so terribly sad if I lost my sweet girl.

Has anyone else had this problem? What I can I do to fix it? We don't have a vet nearby that does much work with chickens, and they're closed this weekend anyway. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me out and give me some tips on what to do to help my baby.

Have you ever had your flock's poop tested?
Most all regular dog vets will do a fecal test for worms.
I suspect worms.

Make sure you wipe that! Chickens can die from pasty butts. Wet a paper towel with warm water. Keep doing this until this is mostly cleared up. Chickens get pasty butts when they are under stress. Are any of the chickens picking on her?

The poop is also green. That is another symptom of stress

Sass this is not just a pasty but.
But you are correct this chicken needs to be cleaned up.
Soaking in a bucket of warm water should help get it off.
